Psychotherapy Services

I use secure, HIPAA compliant software that makes online sessions very easy to access and safe. In person sessions are also offered at my office in Cerritos, CA.

Individual Therapy

A therapeutic process that looks differently for everyone. Here I will provide a safe and supportive environment in order to explore emotions, behaviors, beliefs and values, life events, relationships, careers, goals, life stressors. This space is completely judgment free and entirely yours to share whatever you desire. We will focus on immediate and near future concerns. Individual sessions are usually 50 minutes.

Family Therapy

A collaborative process in which family systems are explored. The focus is to improve the family relationships, structures, and behavioral patterns as a whole; it can include immediate, extended, or whomever you consider a family member. It is a safe place for family members to practice communication, openly express their feelings without judgment, explore family roles, conflict resolution, healthy boundary setting, strengths as a family unit, coping skills, and learning how to better interact with and support each other. Family sessions are usually 55 minutes.

Couples Therapy

A collaborative process in which couples have the space to openly express their feelings relating to conflict, concerns, patterns affecting their relationship. In couples therapy, I focus on strengthening the couples communication, coping and problem solving skills. While I am here to support my couples, I encourage couples to continue to practice skills outside of sessions in order to continue to strengthen their relationship. Couples sessions are usually 50 minutes

Group Therapy

A process in which individuals will learn communication, socialization, coping skills in a group setting. In group therapy, our focus is to develop self-awareness, compassion for others, and to learn to work together in a safe setting where everyone is equal. Group sessions are usually 55 minutes.

Workshops

We offer workshops in multiple topics including: anxiety, depression, trauma, healthy relationships, self-esteem, communication and coping skills, social skills, burn out, team building, problem solving, and parenting. Workshops include activities such as art and crafts. Please don’t hesitate to inquire about your topic of interest!
